Orthopedics and Return to Activity
Rally Physical Threrapy blends active, movement-based rehabilitation with hands-on techniques to get you back to the activities you love. Our approach emphasizes progressive strength, mobility, and movement pattern retraining tailored to your goals. Whether returning to sport, lifting without pain, or simply staying active day-to-day. Hands-on techniques (joint mobilization and soft tissue work) and techniques such as Cupping and Dry Needling are used to relieve pain and improve tissue mobility.
By combining individualized exercise progression, movement re-education, and skilled manual interventions, we address the root causes of orthopedic conditions, improve function, and reduce the risk of re-injury so that you recover stronger, become more resilient, and are ready for real life.
