Pelvic Health

Pelvic health impacts women of all ages and life stages. Pelvic symptoms are often underdiagnosed and undertreated, leaving many people without proper care. Although pelvic health concerns also affect men, we are not able to treat male patients at our clinic at this time.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a specialized area within physical therapy that requires additional postdoctoral training. We use both internal and external assessments to thoroughly evaluate and help diagnose the root causes of your specific symptoms. You remain in control of which treatments you consent to, and all care can be modified to respect your comfort levels and personal boundaries.

Client Reviews

Julie was so kind, understanding, and accommodating. I truly had a wonderful experience seeing her for 8 months. On the initial phone call, she was so sweet even though I had had negative obgyn visits before, she validated my concerns and made me feel safe and taken care of when I was in her office. She always made sure to let me know that I could confidently tell her no if I didn’t want an internal exam, because I am in control of my own body. She helped me connect mind & body in the sense that I now know what it means to relax my pelvic floor muscles as someone who keeps a lot of tension in my muscles. She even did dry-needling on me, which sounded scary but she reassured me that she wouldn’t do something to me that she hasn’t had done to herself and she walked me through the entire process making sure that I was okay and consented to the procedure. She never made me feel like I had to do anything I didn’t want to do. I would recommend Julie to anyone, she has helped me tremendously and my life is so much better for it! Worth it 100% and if you are scared of seeing a pelvic floor PT because you don’t really know what all it entails, just ask her, she will never overstep your boundaries and is always I safe place no matter what it was I had to share with her. Genuinely changed my life! Thank you so much Julie!! 💕

the most knowledgeable, kind, warm, caring therapist! I have never felt so comfortable! she’s incredible and i would recommend her to anyone. amazing bedside manner. made me feel so accepted and completely put my mind at ease. she’s amazing!

I highly recommend Julie for any physical therapy needs. She took the time to discover the root cause of my issues rather than just treating symptoms. Julie consistently modified exercises so I could keep moving and building strength within my limitations. She’s a continuous learner and her depth of knowledge allowed her to approach one of my injuries with a fresh, thoughtful perspective. I felt supported, challenged, and confident in her care every step of the way.
