Frequently Asked Questions

Why Rally Physical Therapy?

At our practice, you'll receive expert, compassionate care rooted in both orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. We combine advanced clinical training with a whole-person approach, empowering you to move confidently through every stage of life- from injury recovery to postpartum healing. Here, you’re not just a patient- you’re a partner in your health. We listen, we support, and we help you reach your goals with personalized, evidence-based care.

How often would I be expected to see the Physical Therapist?

This ultimately depends on what is uncovered during your evaluation. We determine frequency based on your goals and current condition. Frequency usually begins at 1x/week to find the root cause of your symptoms and all contributing factors. We work with each patient to ensure the plan we recommend works with their life.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. We are a fee-for-service practice out of network with all insurance companies. We strive to provide the highest level of care via 90-minute evaluations and 60-minute follow-ups 1-on-1 with a Physical Therapist. This allows us to treat you as a whole person and tailor each session to you.

We do accept HSA and FSA. Additionally, we provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

When can I start Pelvic PT postpartum?

We will see patients as early as 2 weeks postpartum but anytime you are ready so are we! These visits can be completed in person or Virtually based on your preference.

The 2-week visit is structured as a check-up for Mom- ensuring you are healing appropriately, assisting with referrals to other healthcare providers if necessary, creating a plan for your 4th trimester, and initiating a plan for movement if that is an early goal of yours.

Do I need a referral to come see you?

No, you do not need a referral for physical therapy. North Carolina is a direct access state- We will always communicate if we believe further evaluation by another medical professional is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept HSA, FSA, Credit, Debit, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you Dry Needle?

Yes! IDry Needling is included in your evaluation and/or treatment session at no extra cost. After you have been evaluated we also offer Dry Needling only appointments for those who are appropriate.

Do you only treat women?

We treat all genders for orthopedic diagnoses but only treat women for pelvic health diagnoses.
