Birth Preparation Testimonials

  • I saw Julie several times in my most recent pregnancy to investigate specific pelvic floor concerns as well as prepare for my homebirth after cesarean birth. Julie is so kind and genuine, which made it easy instead of uncomfortable to be seen for such a personal exam. If nothing else, I’d have simply been grateful for the knowledge of finally understanding my pelvic floor in general after my first couple visits, but I did go on to have a successful homebirth and I know Julie played an important role in helping me prepare both physically and mentally for that! Will absolutely trust to see her again in the future!

  • I can’t say enough great things about Julie! She was a vital part of my prenatal and postnatal care. Julie is all about finding the root of the issue and makes sure she doesn’t miss any details. Even when my birth plan shifted, she was quick to guide me through all the unfamiliarities that came with it. If you’re looking to add pelvic floor / physical therapy into your life, I highly recommend Julie!! She has set me up so well for not only future pregnancies, but also for my current journey back into fitness. It has been such a blessing working with her!!
